How can I lose weight and get in shape for next cheer season?

I'm 120 pounds and 5'6".... I love my body EXCEPT that I hate my thighs and my boobs. I want to lose weight in a healthy way. I don't like working out if its not cheer. I am going to be on a level 5 team next season and I want to look my best. I am mostly looking for a diet. I won't eat seafood and I'm pretty picky:\ please help! Any advice will be greatly appreciated! :) I'm 14 years old... Thanks!!
