How to Lose Weight With Insulin Resistance

Recommended Answer:

I've done research before I finally bought a diet supplement for myself. I was worried I would buy something that won't work. The product that impressed me the most was Green Coffee Premium. It basically helps you lose weight without being in any special diet, it burns fat fast and it increases or boost metabolism because of the 50% GCA that it has. According to information I read on the internet, for effective weight loss, the green coffee extract supplement that you should take should at least have 50% which Green Coffee Premium has. It boost your metabolism which makes our body burn fat faster without making you hyper. You'll feel normal but your body is actually getting that extra help from the product thus making your body burn fat in a fast but healthy way. Glad to say I'm 15 lbs. lighter in just 4 weeks

  • I am very picky when it comes to the supplement i take, this might be a helpful tip for those people who looking for a true green coffee bean extract. To have green coffee bean extract to be effective it should be GCA - 50% Chlorogenic aciid to effectively slows down the release of glucose into the blood stream after a meal. It should be made and produced by an FDA approved facility. Going to this website greencoffeepremium.com you will see that they meet all the requirements that doctor requires and the good thing about it they do not ship the supplement without you calling them. the reason why i want to share this is because this supplement from this company company helped me a lot for my everyday living. Not only my blood pressure became stable but my diabetes that i have for years became normal. Thank you.

How to Fast to Lose Weight

The key to fat loss is not exercise, it's diet.Any exercise will burn calories but no exercise will burn fat unless your diet allows it. You can burn fat in your sleep or you can run all day and never burn any fat. It all depends on your diet. Fat loss is determined by calorie control, not by exercise. Good exercises for burning calories are speed walking, biking, swimming, dancing, etc. and ANY other physical activity which makes you move a lot of weight for a long time. But NO exercise is good for burning fat if you eat too many calories because you can always eat more calories than you can burn but you can't always burn as many as you take in.Too many people waste energy and time because they do not understand this one simple point. The result is too often giving up in frustration, abandoning gym memberships they continue to pay for, and many other unnecessary problems not the least of which is a lack of success. An average person must walk about five miles every day for a week to burn the calories equivalent to a pound of body fat. So, unless you think walking about five miles a day (or doing an equivalent amount of exercise) with no guarantee of fat loss makes sense, focus your fat loss program on diet.Diet for fat loss. How many miles per day a should a teenage girl run to be healthy?

In order to stay in shape, not to try and lose weight. And how many times a week? Also, what do you think a good mile time is?I'm 15 if that makes any difference and usually run 3-5 miles 6 days a week but I wasn't always consistent until later in July. Is this not enough?

How to Lose Weight Cycling

Recommended Answer:

I run 4 miles 5 days a week at 8 minutes pace ( a good pace for practice) and I'm healthy. But you don't have to run to stay healthy, it is good for you though. A good mile time in girls highschool track races would be around 5 minutes. But in cross country races it would you run 5k so your pace should be 6:30-7 minutes a mile. I wouldn't run that fast in practice though.

Other Answers:

  • if u continue, it's definitely enough
  • a good mile time is like maybe 8-13 minutes 2 miles is good and go about every other day yes that is actually really good
  • You don't need to run to be healthy. A brisk walk a day will do it if you eat healthy.

Mothers: how much weight did you gain during pregnancy?

What is your height and what was your pre-pregnancy weight? How much weight did you gain during pregnancy and how long did it take to get back (or close to) pre-pregnancy weight? Thanks, cheers

9 Essential Tips To Lose Weight Fast

Recommended Answer:
Height: 5ft. 6in
First baby: Pre-preg. 122lbs, gained about 29 lbs, took me 2 months to lose the weight...
Second baby: Pre-preg. 122, gained about 72 lbs, took me 3 months to get to 129 and that''s about where I''ve stayed for the past year and a half

Breastfeeding really helped with losing the weight, as did eating really healthy and getting the right amount of calories. If you''re having a baby and worried about it, or had your baby and worrying about it, don''t be! Take your time and do it the healthy way that way you feel good and are healthy for your baby. The body during pregnancy goes through a lot, and stretches great lengths sometimes, so give yourself a break and don''t step on a scale. Base your progress on getting back into those cute pair of jeans!

  • 0 pounds. My child appeared in my hands.
  • about 25 pounds with the first baby. About 30 pounds with the second baby. I''m 5''8" and my weight before pregnancy was about 130 lbs. It probably took a couple of months to be roughly the same, but most women don''t lose all the weight until they stop nursing.
  • I was about 5''6 and 245 pounds when I got pregnant. (I know *sigh*)
Down to 204 pounds from 2 months - 5 months.
Up to 224 when I went to the hospital for her to be born.
Back down to 201 at our first checkup.

The day I found out I was pregnant, I was no longer in "my body". It was "our body" and I saw taking care of myself as the first step to caring for my baby. Morning sickness made that first 41 pounds drop off quickly. But determination to grow my baby in as healthy of an environment as possible kept my weight down.

    ....
heyhey - You sound like nursing keeps the weight on. But my dr said it helps your body recover faster (including returning to your pre-pregnancy original weight) Of course, it makes sense that you would keep a little extra weight while nursing. I just want to make sure nobody gets confused and sees it as a bad thing.
  • With my two previous pregnancies, I didn''t make it to term so I didn''t gain much weight at all. It never took long for me to lose the weight.

This pregnancy (32 weeks currently) I''ve gained about 29 lbs. I was 115 lbs. prior.

    **I''m 5''6", btw.
  • First baby, lost 25 lbs. Gained 20 back. Smallest I ever been when I gave birth

This time, I''m loosing again. We''ll see how much I gain later in pregnancy
  • Baby 1 - prepregnancy weight: 122lbs
    -gained 18lbs
-lost most of it in the first couple of weeks
-by 6 months, I was down to 100lbs

    Baby 2: -prepregnancy weight: 115lbs
    -gained 25lbs
-lost it all and more by 3 months
-my daughter is 3 and a half and I was back up to my pre-pregnancy weight (122lbs) about 6 months ago - I lost alot of weight.
  • I am 5''7

    Child 1:

    Gained 40lbs
    Pre: 150

Took me about 3 months to take off the weight.

    Child 2:

    Gained 35lbs
    Pre: 150

Took me about 3 months to take off the weight

    Child 3:

    Gained 49lbs
    Pre:150

I was at 175 about 9 months after having her and decided to go on a diet....For the first time ever in my life.

Now my weight runs between 155 and 160.
  • Not sure about my height... maybe 156cm. My pre pregnancy weight was 47 kg and after I gave birth I could fit into my pre-pregnancy jeans straight away. I was all baby and extra fluid.
My son is now three and a half, I''m 21 and I''m about 50 kg.

Quick Weight Loss - How to Lose Weight Quickly

Recommended Answer:
Your question is impossible to answer with a "yes" or "no". So, here are some comments.

Tone is an ambiguous word with no clear definition. It comes from "tonus" which is the tension in muscle at rest. That''s not something you can change unless a muscle is atrophied. Generally tonus has to do with age only and is something that muscles lose as people age.

Because "tone" is a slang term which means different things to different people, it is best to avoid using it.

Five meals a day doesn''t tell us anything. They could make you fat or they could make you slim depending on what the meals consist of.

Exercise is not the key to fat loss. Diet is.

Any exercise will burn calories but no exercise will burn fat unless your diet allows it.

But NO exercise is good for burning fat if you eat too many calories because you can always eat more calories than you can burn.

Too many people waste energy and time because they do not understand this one simple point. The result is too often giving up in frustration, abandoning gym memberships they continue to pay for, and many other unnecessary problems not the least of which is a lack of success.

Diet for fat loss. Exercise for fitness.

You can''t change your metabolism except by adding muscle and you need a lot of muscle for a slight increase in metabolism...and you have to keep working out to keep the muscle. You''ll burn about an extra 5-50 cal/day per pounds of new muscle mass depending on variables.

Everyone has abs. What makes the washboard abs so rare is abs covering fat and the fact that that fat is in the first place people add body fat and the last place they lose it. So, if you''re leaning toward endomorphy and find losing fat at the waist difficult, you''re going to have difficulty getting a ripped set of abs. It is that difficulty that make a shredded stomach so desirable and that means the answer to your question is; most people will have to do some sort of fat management to get ripped. Whether or not you call fat management dieting depends on your use of the vernacular.

You can forget diet pills and supplements. Diet pills won''t support a washboard waistline over the long term and cutting formulas are no more than scams. Cardio doesn''t help either without the proper diet required to create a fat burning mode. So, there is no escaping the fact that if you were not born with the genetically trim waistline, you''re going to have to work for it and that work will have more to do with diet than anything else.

Notwithstanding the above, if you just want to build ab muscle, here''s how.

Do you think this is a healthy diet?

I eat 1 bowl of cornflakes in the morning (a big bowl)
No lunch
Dinner is a variety of meats vegetables fruits rice pasta''s. (different everyday)
Two or three hours after i eat another bowl or two of cereal (BTW i fill up my bowls, all the way)

It''s not a lose or gain weight diet just what i eat.

How to Lose Weight Naturally - You''ll Wonder Why You Didn''t Lose Before

you really ought to eat lunch, gives the stomach something to do instead of eat itself... even if lunch is a peice of fruit, it will still help, but all in all you are getting all the essential amino acids from the meat and having cornflakes and milk you are using protein supplementation, so thats good. the cornflakes also give you some carbs, all in all, i say that''s quite healthy other than the lack of lunch

  • no ew why do you eat so much cereal and not one piece of fruit...?

    this diet sucks lol
  • No that is not a healthy diet at all. You really need to do some research.
  • It''s ok, I guess. Not great. Not terrible.
  • most scientists seem to believe that it is better to have 5 meals every day... the basics, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and between breakfast and lunch, and lunch and dinner, maybe some juce or some fruit...

Can eating ice cream the day after I had a good workout, make that workout pointless?

I went to cardio kickboxing yesterday and worked pretty hard. Today now I''m all sore - my abs, shoulders, arms, back, legs - many places. But I''ve heard that if you have something sugary or anything with sugar in it after a workout, you pretty much are throwing away the hard work you just put into that workout. Is this true? For example, I had a dairy queen mini blizzard today and now I''m starting to feel guilty. Is it something I have to totally eliminate from my diet? I eat it once in awhile, not everyday.

I''m 19 if it matters.

How to Lose Weight in 2 Weeks by Eating Healthy Food

Recommended Answer:
It doesnt make it pointless but it does slow down your toning process significantly! Sugar turns into fat when not burned off within a small amount of time. Try to stick to treating yourself 2 times per week. The most you should be having is a couple squares of dark chocolate or a small cup of ice cream once a day, twice a week. "Abs are made in the gym but they will only show in the kitchen" If you build your muscle underneath it wont mean anything if it is covered in a layer of fat. Eat clean, train mean.

  • Actually, having something sugary directly after the workout isn''t a bad thing. A day after may be a bit long, but many distance runners drink chocolate milk after a run because of the high amount of carbs and protein.
  • eating ice cream every once in a while will not affect your weight. eating it everyday will

How do fat people who used to be skinny accept that they are now fat?

I know some people who used to be thin and now they are fat, but they seem not to notice that they are fat. How do they just accept the fact that they are fat and out of shape?
@Angel Good answer!
@Tyler You bring up a very good point.

Losing Weight Fast - The Side Effects of Losing Weight Fast

Recommended Answer:
They don't accept it. They jus try to ignore it. Or they are doing something about it and you don't know. I used to be skinny. Like underweight skinny. But now I'm fat. And I've been working out and trying to lose weight. I've never thought I was skinny but now thatch look at old pics I see how good I looked and how terrible I look now. It's not as easy to fix as it may seem

  • How do skinny accept the fact they look anorexic and unhealthy?
  • I'm sure they notice they are fat now compared to before. When you get fat, your clothes start getting too tight and it's hard not to notice that. ;)

What you most likely wanted to say was that they don't CARE how fat they look now, and that's perfectly normal. Some people just aren't self-conscious about their looks and don't give too much importance to their appearance.
