Do you think this is a healthy diet?

I eat 1 bowl of cornflakes in the morning (a big bowl)
No lunch
Dinner is a variety of meats vegetables fruits rice pasta''s. (different everyday)
Two or three hours after i eat another bowl or two of cereal (BTW i fill up my bowls, all the way)

It''s not a lose or gain weight diet just what i eat.

you really ought to eat lunch, gives the stomach something to do instead of eat itself... even if lunch is a peice of fruit, it will still help, but all in all you are getting all the essential amino acids from the meat and having cornflakes and milk you are using protein supplementation, so thats good. the cornflakes also give you some carbs, all in all, i say that''s quite healthy other than the lack of lunch
