I run 4 miles 5 days a week at 8 minutes pace ( a good pace for practice) and I'm healthy. But you don't have to run to stay healthy, it is good for you though. A good mile time in girls highschool track races would be around 5 minutes. But in cross country races it would you run 5k so your pace should be 6:30-7 minutes a mile. I wouldn't run that fast in practice though.Other Answers:

- a good mile time is like maybe 8-13 minutes 2 miles is good and go about every other day yes that is actually really good
- You don't need to run to be healthy. A brisk walk a day will do it if you eat healthy.
