Is it possible to lose FAT (not weight) if you eat nothing but fast food?

Like if I fulfilled all my macro nutrient needs by eating nothing but Wendy's burgers but still stayed 500-700 calories under my BMR while lifting heavily 3 days a week, would I lose FAT? Again, I'm concerned about losing fat, not general weight. And of course, I don't plan on actually doing this plan. It's just a hypothetical question. Hi all I'm 5'6-5'7 187lbs and want to lose weight. I was thinking of doing the slim fast diet replacing all 3 meals with the shakes.   • I would imagine it depends on how you eat your calories. I just lost 20lbs and it took two months. The first 10 of it came off in 10 days. That was just water weight and waste. I never eat over 900 calories and exercise. You will lose A LOT of weight doing this but who knows how much you would lose. I get very frustrated because it's coming off slow now.
