First off I am not going to rag at you but having been someone who had a lot of weight issues at that age I learned a lot about nutrition and what works and doesn't. DO NOT consume only 500 I did that once and ended up in the ER. The least you can consume to stay healthy is at least 1200. You can still loose weight if you eat mostly vegetables, fruit and lean meats. Being that you are still growing, eating that few of calories can mess up your body pretty bad and sometimes can cause long term problems like digestive, muscle and menstrual complications. Eating 1200 calories you can lose 1-2 lbs. a week. Anymore than that would be dangerous. Also by eating 6 small meals a day you can increase your metabolism which helps to burn fat faster. Be smart about it because if you crash diet it will all come back and it comes back fast.How much weight can I lose in just over 2 weeks eating 500 calories a day?
