Heey, kid. Look, before I start this, just know that I'm not being one of those people who go on and on about 'oh, that's way too unhealthy' or 'you'd die doing that.' Trust me. I've been struggling with weight loss for years, and those people annoy me too. I'm not exactly the pinnacle of healthy weight loss anyways.But seriously, it's extremely doubtful that you could do this. In a month, anyways. You'd literally have to have the absolute minimum calories every single day, as well as exercise a whole heap. And you'd inevitably give in one day, binge on all the food because you're so hungry, and gain back any progress you'd made. Trust me. I've been there.Try take it slow. I know it's frustrating, geeze, but it'll end up with better results. I'm not saying go ridiculously slow or anything, but just..lower your expectations.Alsoo, I reckon getting down to 40 kilos is too low. Try going to 45kilos. That's about where I'm headed, and you're the same height as me too, and close to my age.Aaaas for actually doing it - You're gonna need to start drinking a fair amount of water. Forget any other drinks, water's where it's at now. No empty calories, and it helps flush your system out. Try and minimize the amount of white carbs you have, and if you can, eliminate chocolate and sweets, and junk food in general. You're gonna wanna exercise a fair amount - try swimming and running, but you need to include strength exercises in your workouts as well. More muscle means more fat burning - though keep in mind that muscle does weigh more than fat. Also, I've read recently that spinning in circles like a little kid helps with weight loss, as does taking short cold showers. I'm going to link to the article I read that in in the source bit below.
