- Ok your going to need to quit eating solid food. If you have a juicer make sure you make yourself some fresh juice. If you don't then here's this. Stop the junk food. So every day do this. start off with some Fresh fruit and some water. Only a little bit of fruit it has a lot of natural sugar. After breakfast you should go on a hour walk or 20 min run. After that go workout at home(do crunches and push-ups and lunges and stuff like that) drink tons of water. For lunch have a small salad then do some yoga to tone your mussels. Then go for a quick walk or a short workout. For dinner have some fruit and veggies with some skim milk. Then do another quick workout. I can't stress this enough!!! Drink tons and tons of water. If you can hula hoop for 30 min. If you have dog go walk it! You should make sure to be careful what you eat.
