How to lose fat in chest area quick?!?

I have a thin layer of fat, on my chest. Not really noticeable, I lost over 40 lbs in a couple months but that layer of fat just doesn't go away, and it really pisses me off. School starts in 2 weeks for me, is it possible to lose it? I will literally do anything that will help me achieve that. I am very motivated please let me know! I know you can't chose where to lose weight, and you have to do cardiovascular activities. Any specific diets and exercises recommended?Mandy your not funny , inconsiderate fuck.

  • If the fat is on your chest kinda making a man titty all you need to do is exercise but doing sit-ups/crunches then pull your nipples out as far as you can then wait one hour. So when your body is healing the abdominal during workout it will sense the chest pain and burn calories there also
