Okay sounds good I see the motivation and commitment you want. You want change?okay let's see. Hmm okay you have to eat healthy because sugar and glucose goes to your unwanted weight. Go to Nutrition.gov and take notes on portions and what to avoid and what to look for. Tell your guardian about this goal you have. Tell then no soda, cookies, microwave food nothing you know is unhealthy. Instead tell them fruit & veggies. There's lots of ways to make healthy food delicious and fun. Okay so I read that that its best to work out in the morning before you eat because you just went about 6 hours with out eating and that exactly how many hours it takes your body to go in panic mode and search for food it taps in to your stored energy and burns it. The only way to speed up that process is to dedicate your self. The beginning is the hardest part (not really) but why would you want to give up because you'll just have start all over. Give it 13 weeks of misery.Don't forget to drink lots or water because if you don't you can dehydrate and that's not good at all. You'll be sweating a lot. Water is essential to the body.I suggest these specific exercises.-Lifting weights (burns fat & build muscle).-Mountain Climbers.-Squats.-jogging (slow, fast something) up hill though.-Side struttle hops-push-ups -crunches with your feet folded in the air.-Being happy always smile your great as F$&k I bet.Good luck though.Ps don't ask on this just google things like Nutrition and exercises ya know?
