Okay sounds good I see the motivation and commitment you want. You want change?okay let's see. Hmm okay you have to eat healthy because sugar and glucose goes to your unwanted weight. Go to Nutrition.gov and take notes on portions and what to avoid and what to look for. Tell your guardian about this goal you have. Tell then no soda, cookies, microwave food nothing you know is unhealthy. Instead tell them fruit & veggies. There's lots of ways to make healthy food delicious and fun. Okay so I read that that its best to work out in the morning before you eat because you just went about 6 hours with out eating and that exactly how many hours it takes your body to go in panic mode and search for food it taps in to your stored energy and burns it. The only way to speed up that process is to dedicate your self. The beginning is the hardest part (not really) but why would you want to give up because you'll just have start all over. Give it 13 weeks of misery.Don't forget to drink lots or water because if you don't you can dehydrate and that's not good at all. You'll be sweating a lot. Water is essential to the body.I suggest these specific exercises.-Lifting weights (burns fat & build muscle).-Mountain Climbers.-Squats.-jogging (slow, fast something) up hill though.-Side struttle hops-push-ups -crunches with your feet folded in the air.-Being happy always smile your great as F$&k I bet.Good luck though.Ps don't ask on this just google things like Nutrition and exercises ya know?

13 years old how to lose 50 pounds by winter?

I'm a 13 year old guy I am pretty tall ( over 6 feet) and I I weigh 250+. I am a big guy (been scouted for high school football) and I am in pretty good shape (can hike for miles and buck hay bales with ease, also can beat nearly everyone in a gym) but I look fat and haven't been able to get the fat to go away. Some people will say don't worry about it because I am in good shape, and I realise that but I'm reaching a age where I want girls to notice me and I don't want to be called the fat kid any more even though I do triple the work on my family's ranch that people my age will ever do. My goal is to lose 50 pounds of fat by winter, any tips?

eat LOTS of protein so you wont lose muscle and actually gain some more. eat carbs only before you work out. run, jog, play football or soccer or bike... just exercise a lot, since you already are in good shape you have an advantage. hydrate and lift weights to speed up your metabolism, thus burning calories way faster! eat plenty of vegetables and dont worry because you are at that age when boys start manning up and become hot. good luck

  • Impossible
  • You may wish to go to the library and check out Dr. Joel Fuhrman's books on dieting. He is very helpful in this area, and at 13 years old now is a good time for you to get into and stay with great health habits for the rest of your life.
  • Well since exercise doesnt seem to be the issue, maybe a heathy diet if you dont already have one. Try the Paleo Diet (basically dont eat grains or junk food. http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2010/10/04/the-beginners-guide-to-the-paleo-diet/
  • Just to let you know if you lose fat you also lose muscle when you are that fat. Also to lose 50 pounds by winter may be impossible (especially since you're so tall). Anyways to lose fat do cardio and pay attention to what you eat and how frequently you eat.

To gain weight you need to combine protein foods with starchy carbohydrates as indicated below. How can I lose a lot of weight, really quick?

I''m 5''6 and I weigh 125 pounds...it''s not that I think I''m fat or anything I''m just... awkward and pudgy (for lack of better words) I just want a flat stomach and my collar and hip bones to show a little more prominently, get rid of my love handles, make my thighs a bit slimmer... lose a bit of fat on my arms.. I''m not asking for a miracle cure to be model-thin (although it would be nice, so if someone has the answer to that please don''t hesitate to say so) I just want to be...slimmer everywhere.
I can''t stick to any dieting ritual, as my mom doesn''t care what I''m trying to do for my body. She refuses to buy healthy food for me/the family.. and I''ve tried starving myself and I dropped a little weight but it''s not accomplishing what I want. I mean should I just starve myself for longer? Should I start making myself throw up again? I''m so desperate to be the beautiful girl that I see on television, or in the magazines, or even the popular girls from my school.. I''ll do anything it takes to drop weight and to have a beautiful body.. and the fat between my arms and my chest...that''s a gigantic problem for me as well, please help!

Trying to find the best gym routine for my body type?

I''m a 110 lb female in my mid 20''s and I would like to tone up a bit for the summer. With my schedule, I am able to go to the gym about 4 times a week for roughly an hour. What would be the best gym routine for me as far as cardio verses weights? Also, what are the most important things for me to cut out of my diet? I eat relatively health so I guess I am just looking for some strong pointers.

Also, I know I can''t spot train but I tend to keep my weight in my hips and thighs so anything that would slim down that area would be helpful.

Great Options For You to Lose Weight Naturally

Recommended Answer:
Stay away from saturated and trans fat, unsaturated fat is good in moderate amounts. You must abstain from candy, a little treat now and then won''t hurt though. Do not over eat your carbohydrates, eat enough - you''ll have to determine this yourself. You''ll also need to intake adequate amounts of protein and water.

How much you ingest will depend on the combination/intensity of your workout. There is no method to isolate areas to lose fat, so you''ll have to ramp up cardio. I don''t know how experienced you are at working out, but I''d suggest a split of 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weights. You''ll have to consider what body type you are: ectomorph, endomorph, or mesomorph.

For your cardio:
Do a 1 mile test to see how fast you can run it. Use that as your base speed and try to improve on that, eventually use incline + faster speed to make your cardio workouts better.

For your weights:
I''m assuming you want a toned abdominal section, arms, thighs, glutes, and calves.

Ab Exercises: leg lifts (begin by lifting your knees up, progress to keeping your legs straight and lifting them), incline ab bench, and weighted ab crunches
Arm Exercises: bicep curls, lateral and frontal raises for deltoids, tricep pulldowns and kickbacks
Lower Body Exercises: squats, calf press

  • I recommend training different muscle groups each session, so that you are working them relatively well. rather than train your whole body every day.

Just make sure you work all of your body, balance yourself out and keep healthy (you cant choose were you lose weight). Combination of weights and cardio is needed.
  • If you can only do the gym 4 times a week, then you need to prioritise. Strength training in the gym and run on the other 3 days.

You want to get ''toned''. Well, there is on such thing as toned. You either build muscle or lose fat. From what I can see, toned is a combination of both, but it is nearly impossible to build muscle and lose fat simultaneously.

To lose the weight, you do cardio. Low resistance, high rep, high speed is the best. They also need to use a lot of muscle mass. This is why running and swimming are very popular because the legs and lats are the two biggest muscle groups.

    Day 1: Running or cycling
Day 2: Legs hurt? Lat exercises like assisted pull ups (or feet on the floor) and bent over rows
Day 3: Legs still hurt? Lats hurt? Chest exercises. Push ups are VERY good
Day 4: Legs hurt? Lats hurt? Chest hurts? Abs. Crunches, sit ups, planks

You could of course do them in this same order but do more than one on the same day.
