How to Create a Meal Plan to Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:

You don't eat as much as you think. Up the carbohydrate and fat intake, those are the most dense foods calorically. Do that with healthy fats and carbohydrates, this is not permission to go on a McDonald's bender. Then you need to start lifting heavy goddamn weights. Squats, deadlifts, and presses. That should work.

Other Answers:

  • become a coach potato
  • You need to eat large portion at least 6 times a day. 7-8 am = Bread, Eggs, Milk and a Fruit.12 pm = Eat Carbs. Rice, Spaghetti, etc3-4 pm= banana or apple, some fatty food like mc-donalds7pm = Again eat Carbs. Rice, Spaghetti, etc10pm-11pm = Eat carbs but in small quanity than all the other meals. Maybe a bowl of rice and beans or chicken. You also need to eat a lot of meat.
  • you just stop excerising and as much............. and eat just as much. but dont eat takeaways too much cause ull just get unhealthy
  • To gain weight you need to combine protein foods with starchy carbohydrates as indicated below. Good weight gaining combinations are bread, cereals, pasta, rice, potatoes or sweet potatoes combined with meat, poultry, eggs, cheese, nuts or sea food. Peanut butter sandwiches and cheese sandwiches are good weight gaining combinations. The protein in the above combinations will help to gain extra muscles.
  • WORK OUT. I have the SAME exact problem but I'm a guy. I used to be like 110 but went up to 120 after I started crew. Then I quit crew and started lifting and I'm on track to do 130 soon. Since your a girl you should try to tone your muscle. Also if you want to gain weight you should up your calorie intake. For people like us we need to eat lots more than others do. It's not that we can't gain weight it's that we just need to eat more. (I struggle with this too, mainly because it's hard to eat more than 3000 calories without being stuffed).
