How can i gain lost weight back in college?

On my campus I have 14 meals a week and 35 dollars a week to spend on off campus fast food. I came to campus weighing 160 eating around 9000 calories a day and am 5'11. I am two weeks on campus and am now down to 152 and losing weight fast. The worst part is I am lifting every day but I can't keep my weight up. I am only able to eat 5000 calories a day now and I am really worried. I am studying hard and don't have the time to eat as much so eating in the dorm won't work.

How to Lose Weight With Bikram Yoga

If your numbers are accurate, you need to see a doctor as soon as possible. Even a professional weight lifter does not need anything near 9000 calories a day. Among healthy people, only a man who spends over eight hours a day doing very heavy labor would need anything close to 5000 calories a day. Your need for so many calories and your weight loss are a symptom of a health problem that could be very serious, but also might be very easily corrected with a prescription medication. If your campus does not have a health service and you do not have access to a doctor, contact the health department of the county where your campus is located. Best wishes.
