- I have that.. for dinner vegetables and fish <3 I don't cook my food in oil, I use 0 calories like pam but I'm trying to get into a size 0 to 1....well I'm not sure if I have it .... but it runs in my family and I have the same metabolism as them. I'm fat 2 but not that big.. I'm 120 5'0..yeah I can't eat burgers any fried food .. I can't eat sugar..I had 2 quit sugar..only fruit....no breads pasta rice.. I wore a size large and was 137.. so this is every food I've had to quit eating... no candy no sugar at all.... not even a taste.. I could never eat a cheeseburger..no red meat..no carbs.. I have to weigh myself everyday to make sure I lose weight and moniter how much I eat.. my family says I probably don't have it but they don't see how much I have to watch the scale.. I weigh myself after each meal... in addition, I starve most of the day.. carbs was making me fat..hopefully I should return to 105 soon .. if..but yeah I might have it.. my mom had hers removed my aunt and grandma both have it and my metabolism is slow like them.. I usually eat way less then them and am about 105.. 120 is from junk food though
