I'm not sure this matters, but I'm 19 and I've wanted to lost some weight for a long time now. I moved to a big city recently, and I hate people seeing me run so that's out of the question for me. Not too keen to join a gym or anything of the sort, so I thought about buying a Jillian Michaels workout video to start doing every day. A little time in my day, but something intense enough to work. Just running doesn't do much for me. My "problem areas" are my thighs (my jeans rip because they rub together... lovely) and my belly.My choices are "Buns & Thighs", "6 Week 6 pack" (I know I won't get a 6 pack, but it'd work those muscles which sound awesome) or "30 Day Shred". Now, I don't think I'm FAT, but I could stand to lose at least 10 pounds. I'm doing this for myself, no one else. Whenever I have extra money to go shopping, I always leave feeling upset because I hate the way I look in nearly everything I buy.So if you know anything about these, if you've tried them, tell me your opinion!! :) Thank you!
