How to lose 100lbs in 54 days?

I weigh 288lbs and I want to lose 100lbs before my birthday and my birthday is in 54 days. I need to lose weight anyway but for my birthday I want to look amazing in this outfit I bought that is just too small. So how can I lose 100lbs in 54 days?

  • That will be hard, but you can try. first drink tons and tons of water, and apple cider vinegar( 2 table spoons in water) this will help you burn fat.
