How to Lose Weight Drinking Water

You can't safely. It's not healthy to lose more than 2lbs a week. So it would take a year to lose 100lbs. But you could lose 15lbs safely by then. A problem with weight loss is people want instant results. It takes time and dedication for successful weight loss. Especially if you want to lose a large amount. Don't get discouraged though. You could be 100lbs lighter by your next birthday. Best of luck to you!

  • U would have to lose almost 2lbs a day which is going to be really hard. I think your goal should be to lose 60lbs in that amount of time and just keep working for it and for your next birthday, u will look even better! :)
  • That will be hard, but you can try. first drink tons and tons of water, and apple cider vinegar( 2 table spoons in water) this will help you burn fat. Now workout for 2 hours a day. 30 min in the morning maybe a cardio tape in the noon then Finnish with a 30 min jog at night. now eat lots of veggies and low fat cottage cheese. Also lots of fruits and apples because they are high in fiber. Try to stop eating at a certain time. Between 6-8 and get plenty of rest. Chew sugar free minty gum to curb hunger. Take a cold shower too! It will form skin. don't forget to tone up! Jump ropeing is fun and YouTube has tons of. Cardio workouts.
  • Love, That is SOOO unhealthy.5lbs max a week is like 35 for 54 days. 1-2 is recommended by professionals. Don't do it, I'll give you tips to lose weight but you shouldn't use them wrong.Eat less; If you eat a lot eat less; If not, Eat healthier. Cut out dessert, Period. Maybe once a week, Super small portion. Eat small portions of food and eat more vegetables and fruit, Replace any super fatty foods with vegetables. Eat fruits for snacks or trail mixes, No candy included. Eat suger-free anything you can, And drink water with maybe a bit of soda every now and then, Preferably sprite or mountain dew. Absolutely no energy drinks except the sugar free ones.Move around; Stand up as much as possible, Stand up using the computer, And move around any time you get the option while doing daily things. Take the long way around to where you're heading and take a walk everyday, Or a jog if you prefer. In the morning is good, As it can wake you up more for the day and it'll be cooler than in the middle of the day. Take a walk before bed. Clean up your yard, Clean up your house any way possible. Go through all the isles in the store, Except the candy and chips isle, If you do just walk past them. Walk anywhere you can instead of riding, Or bike even!Get plenty of sleep; Get at least 8 hours a night and your body will be more awake in the daytime and allow you to lose the weight you dropped properly and help your body work better.Inside exercises; Exercise inside by stretching, yoga, or simple exercises like push-ups, running in place, Jumping jacks, or weight lifting.Try getting a pedometer app for your phone, I use accupedo and it seems to work fine, Do at least 10,000 steps a day (Not general moving, Walk/jog to make these steps count) and burn 500 or more cals then you eat a day. Eat no less than 1,100 cals a day.Drink sips of water when you feel hungryIf you must lose this many pounds (Impossible) diet on fruit, veggies, and water+do all this stuff
  • Lost 20 pounds in 4 days by..............I made a bowl of oatmeal, you can add raisins, peaches, or strawberries if you must, and milk is ok too. But make one bowl size of oatmeal about two servings within one bowl...
  • That's impossible unless you starve yourself and you just do a lot of cardio ( which I don't recommend ) The most you can loose is 10 pounds a month with the proper diet and excersise so yeah... Good luck with that.

How to Use Honey and Cinnamon to Lose Weight

Sugar does not cause diabetes. Diabetes is a disease with many cause and sugars is not one. So, stop thinking of food as good or bad and focus on learning how to eat properly. All of the carbs you consume, be they sugars or starches, will be converted to glucose through digestion. Now, here's how you should eat.Whether you want to gain weight, lose weight, add muscle, or maintain, you should use the same diet. In other words, everyone should be eating essentially the same macro nutrients (carbs, fats, protein), micro nutrients (vitamins, minerals, fiber, etc.) barring special health or medical considerations because we all have essentially the same physiognomy and there is only one version of peak health. Here is how we should all eat according to the US National Institute of Health who are among the best health professionals in the world and the people doctors listens to in the US.OPTIMAL INTAKEEat varied, wholesome, and high quality foods such that your daily caloric intake is about equal to your daily caloric burn while keeping your macro nutrient ratios at about 55/25/20 (%calories from carbs/fats/protein) or whatever works for your goals. Go here for more about macros --> http://www.freedieting.com/tools/nutrient_calculator.htm . Only slight changes should be made in the macro nutrient ratios to accommodate the extreme demands of special activities such as extreme athletics or inactivity due to illness.Note: Here are the details in case you're interested:http://health.gov/dietaryguidelines/2010.asp http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/nutrition.htmlYOU MUST make your own food choices (no supplements without a doctor's recommendation) based on your location, culture, available foods, personal preferences, personal resources, food allergies, etc. However, the words "varied", "wholesome", and "high quality" are important. And, you should consume your food in 4-6 daily meals with healthy snacks between such that you're nourishing yourself every two hours when awake. VARIED means a variety of foods including fruits, dairy, meats, vegetables, grains, nuts, etc. WHOLESOME means as unprocessed, unrefined, nutritious as is practical.HIGH QUALITY means using the best ingredients, the least contaminants or fillers or unnecessary chemicals, etc.TRACKINGNutrient tracking is necessary to ensure you have the optimal caloric intake and macro nutrient balance. For most people, tracking is only required for fat loss because of the difficulty in cutting intake and nutrients while maintaining digestive and appetite satisfaction. However, tracking is an excellent exercise for noobs who are just learning how to eat right for the first time. Tracking makes it necessary to read labels, look up food nutrients, record data, plan meals and recipes, etc. And, as annoying as it may be to have to track, it is easier to do today than ever before with the help of website such as My Fitness Pal ---> http://www.myfitnesspal.com . There are hundreds of diets but the US leads the developed world in fat. So, it should be obvious we don't know how to eat right. That's why it's important for you, your future health and well being to learn now how to eat properly now. Please study. You have one body and it's for life. Make it the best body it can be. Good luck and good health!!♠

  • Fruits are good sources of vitamins, fiber, minerals, and phytochemicals. In fact, 4-5 servings of fruits need to be consumed daily by every individual. Some fruits do contain more sugar than others, but that doesn't mean you should not eat them if you have diabetes. Some of the best fruits that help control blood sugar are cherries, kiwis, pears, apple, berries, grapefruit, prunes, and oranges.
