There isn't really a fast way of loosing weight, it all depends on your metabolism, the foods you eat and how much you exercise.Try and keep up with some simple exercises, look to do about a hour a day.Only eat foods that look how they should! Sounds a bit weird, but if you're getting some chicken, for example, does it actually look like fresh chicken and not some artificial mooshy nugget thing. Making sure you eat fresh, natural produce is not only good for losing weight, but it helps your body in all way, especial your skin!Also try and drink lots of water. Not sitting down all day drinking liters and liters, but have a glass of water near by at all times and regularly take a sip, it's good for your body and helps flush out all that bad stuff that causes you to gain weight and messes up your skin.Hope that helped xx

It confuses your body so it can't adjust to it causing weight lost at it's fastest rate. p90x and insanity is also good programs, just remember to not start using diet pills 5 day cleanses, etc as none of that works and will make you waste even more of your time.
