I'm a 14 year old boy who wants to lose weight any tips?

Okay, so I wanna lose weight/gain muscle, I'm 150lbs and 5'7-5'9 not too sure, but whenever I tell my parents that I want to lose weight or that I think I need to diet, they say I'm fine and I just go along with it, but I know they're wrong and I want to lose some weight! I've lost weight over the past year (7th grade going into 8th) and I'm about to head into my freshman year of high school and I want to feel and look good on the inside and outside, any tips?

  • 57 to 59 150 lbs does sound fine to me but if you want to eat healthy and exerise then. Go read the right books on the type of exerise you want to do and reseach the proper diet
