I am turning 13 soon and moving back to my home country. When I left I was chubby, and I don't want to be fat when I'm back. I weigh exactly 47kg. I am 5ft. Please don't say "your 13, you dont need to lose weight your healthy".I'm not healthy. My diet consists of fast foods and soda's and chocolate cookies and hardly any water. I want this to change. I want to have a flat stomach and skinny legs, but not anorexic. I hear people saying I'm so fat behind my back everyday of my life. I feel really self conscious when I wear shorts. Can someone please recommend a diet plan and a workout plan that I can simply do at home before I go back to australia in december?! Please.

yeah it is easy to loose weight if you pay heed to my instructions. Do regular workouts . Avoid eating chocolates and fatty foods . Eat dark chocolate if you want . perform stretching exercises because when you stretch then your weight will automatically reduce and your skin will stretch you will appear much better . Do power yoga and the last thing i would like to say is be confident . Don't be shy of wearing shorts or something else have a bold look on your face and everything would be just fine...
