How to Lose Weight Fast - The Healthy Way

Recommended Answer:

You should do strength exercises to turn fat into muscles to help build your metabolism. Some strength exercises would be lifting weights, squats, push-ups, and crunches. You could also do cardio workouts such as walking or jogging. You should work out for 1 hour per day five days per week and at least 3 of the 5 days should be doing strength exercises. You should eat between 1200-1500 calories per day. You can keep track of the calories you eat by using apps for your phone or iPod such as myfittnesspal or you could just write them down. Don't drink any soda, especially diet soda! Avoid snacks that are high in calories and fat. You can eat two snacks per day. Avoid eating fast food because of the calories and fat content. As far as the cost of healthy food you can buy two bags of frozen vegetables at Walmart for $2 and you can get fresh produce at the 99 Cent Store, if you have one or you can look for sales at your local grocery stores. This is the summer time so fresh produce is on sale right now. When you eat eggs take out the yolk because all the yolk is, is fat.

Other Answers:

  • There is cheap food that is good for you (like large bags or long grain brown rice, bought at an Asian market)
  • Cabbage is cheapCarrots are cheap.use your pocket money, and buy your own food.Or make it a project, plan some healthy meals based around what healthy food you can find cheaply, and prove to your parents that you (all of you) can have a healthier diet for around the same amount. \You can halve the amount of noodles you eat, and replace it with steamed veggies. You could even grow your own veggies. Gardening is exercise, and it has a tasty reward.
