It might be possible to lost 10-20 lbs before school but definitely not 100.Anyways, to jump start, instead of eating 3 meals a day, eat six small meals at 3-4 hour increments so it'll keep you metabolism active. Obviously don't eat sweets and junk food and try to cut down on your salt intake. Every meal you each should be about 250-350 calories. Try to avoid eating carbs at night. Work out vigorously for at least 15 minutes can day. Not small exercises but exercises hat really make you sweat hard. - Well that's going to be very hard. You NEVER want to lose weight quickly unless you wanna gain in right back. Trust me. I'm almost hitting 200 and I've never felt worse. You need to slow down honey and exercise regularly, eat healthier, more healthy snacks in between meals keeps your metabolism running at full steam. Never starve yourself, it slows you down.
