I just ended my period yesterday and this has been the most emotional, crappy period ive had in a long time :,(. And apparently the hormonal rampage isnt over.Since i woke up ive felt bloated and swollen and fat and gross and extremely unattractive. And its so frustrating because ive eaten so healthy this week and been so extremely careful but i look in the mirror and feel like ive gained weight and look like a disgusting fat blob. Ive already broken down twice today. It makes me want to give up on losing weight and not try. Im soo frustrated and just wish i could cut all this gross fat off i cant stand it. I just.... Help :(
