Do you typically gain weight while on your period?

I usually gain a lot of weight when I'm on my period, without changing my diet or amount of exercise, but then loose it all when my period is over. Just a few days ago, I went up to 146 lbs, and now that my period is over I weigh 130 lbs again. Is that normal? It happens every time I get my period.
