I know exactly how you feel. I have been counting calories as well. There was one day that I got a bit off, but I still put those calorie in my fitnesspal app. Remember that 1 pound = 3500 calories. If you consumed that many calories, then yeah, you most likely packed on an extra pound or so. I would suggest going back to your routine, drinking LOTS of water and exercising. Try at least an hour of aerobics a day, if you can handle it. Depending on your weight, you should be able to burn those calories right off with that. I burn a bit over 1000 calories a day because of my weight, but that will change. Just remember to stay of used Hun. If you feel you want something sweet try eating a fruit or even try frozen yogurt. It's fine to have those things, just not too much of them, and if you're going to eat them just be prepared to work those calories off! Good luck! :) Stay strong!Other Answers:
- Not really. Sometine, you just gotta give yourself a break. You may gain some weight tomorrow, but you will lose it eventually if you get back on your usual diet.
- eat light tommorow to even it out. Dont do it again tho. And ignore anyone who tells u 'cheat days' are fine, thats just a lazy excuse to put toxic crap in ur body.Diets dont work for long term solutions. Learn about food and whats in bad food and just make wiser choices.
- It's called a cheat meal buddy, you are permitted to have one per week :) and no, sugars are not turned to instant fat. Sugars are used as energy, excess fat is caused by eating more calories than your body needs to maintain weight. You can actually a tub of ice cream and pizza a day and still lose weight with a diet called "if it fits your macros" but if you don't know what your doing when it comes to creating a diet plan I wouldn't reccomend you to try it. No you didn't ruin your weight loss, everybody needs a break every once and a while lol.
