Can't lose belly fat!!!!?

Can't lose my belly fat!!?I need help ASAP!!! I been trying to join army but I'm 3% over standards. My recruiter said to do sit ups and run and all that crap. Not helping!!! I talk to my JROTC teacher he's a Master Sgt he said not sit ups WTF?!? I so confuse nothing is helping me everybody giving me different answers!!! I really want to join but it's not coming off been at this for weeks now. College start next month I was hoping to me enlisted already!!!! Help does anyone know a real freakin way that will help me lose the inches off my belly?!?! Ahhhhh this might help I'm 18 258 33% fat rest is muscles I workout all the time a huge mother f'er bench press 315 but that does not matter because my belly to big argh please help! I also know that everybody body type is different I have a trainer but he wants 250$ to train me for 4 days WTF do you guys think its worth the money help!!!

There is no way to "target" specific areas of fat. When you lose weight, it is across your entire body. If you think that cardio isn't working, then you are obviously not doing enough.A trainer is never worth the money in my opinion. All he does is yell "Do it!" or some other encouraging words that sometimes hinder more than help. He won't show you anything you can't find on the interwebs.Tip: reducing your caloric intake (or burning it off) by 500 every day equates to a pound a week.

  • If you don't squat and/or deadlift, try adding that in. Do some heavy 3-5sets of 5 for squats, that helped me burn some fat. If you do all that, try a carb cycling diet, 2-3 days of low carb, one day of high carb to burn some extra fat.

That alone is over half of your daily calories ... and that is just the one sandwich)And count EVERYTHING... that tablespoon of mayo = 57 caloriesIf you are to hungry ... drink water.
