I'm 20 yr 143lbs At the.moment 5'4" i use to be 128lbs :( when i had a gym membership. I don't have one any more and i have three jobs I gained Weight when i got a job a McDonalds :P i need tips on how to lose 15 pounds or More and keep them off for my bikini season (December) i love food. I Drink alot of water but i have a really sloooow Metabolism (i get Constipated alot... Always have, even as a little girl my.mom would grape or prune juice...) I Need help :( WHAT DO?
