do not use pills! i know it seems like a good idea but it is not! pills have a large variety of different chemicals that can and will hurt your body and your offsprings' bodies! chemicals=dont do it!the secret to getting thinner, faster, is to eat! that's right, eat! eat correct portions of food, food like fruits and vegetables. only eat whole wheat bread if youre going to eat bread, (go a bit leaner on the bread) and if youre going to eat meat, eat chicken and fish! (red meats like beef are NOT good for you). grains like quinoa and brown rice are packed with protein, and are SO good for you! blueberries and grapefruits are also very good for taking fat away and cleansing your body.eating like i said above will make a dent in your weight, but you also have to exercise. no one likes it, but hey, 'sore today, sexy tomorrow' sounds pretty convincing to me. my first suggestion is to join a dance class together! even if youve never taken a dance class in your life, its still fun and if you take a beginner class, itll be simple but still enough of a challenge to keep going. :) if you cant fit that into your schedule, its okay! get some 5 lb. weights. those are for your arms. for your arms, do curl ups and curl backs. curl backs really help with the flab under your arms. 1. take your 5 lb weights in each of your hands, arms straight at your side. 2. bend over so that both of your arms are still parallel to your torso. 3. from that position, do curl ups so that when you curl up, the next step is to curl BACK. :D i hope you understood that explanation! for your butt, calves and thighs, climb stairs! dont have any stairs? thats alright. find something to use as a ledge that you can step up on. step with your right leg on the ledge, then let your left leg follow. step down with your right leg then let your left leg follow. do that for a couple minutes then switch starting legs from right to left. another thing for your butt is to balance on something and lift your right knee up, then when its going down push it back behind you, leg straight, as far as you can go behind you and repeat with both legs. if you can bike at all, thats great for all of your lower body! i hope this kind of helped!if you use pills, your kids will turn out with autism and ADHD! dont use pills! for the sake of the next generation! thanks! bye! :)
