How do i get slimmer legs?

i'm quit skinny at 109 pounds at 5ft7 and all my body is thin except for my legs, they are awkardly large considering how skinny the rest of my body is, so how do i get slimmer legs??

Do this until you can no longer go anymore and make sure your hips don't fall to the floor.10.Use an elliptical trainer without an incline. Using an incline can build calf muscle. Keep the resistance low.

  • You cannot spot reduce. Do a lot of cardio, go on a diet. Your body will lose fat where it needs to. Usually the first place you gain is the last place to lose.. It takes time and perserverence, let the games begin;)

I have been able to lose over 20 pounds in the last month and a half by sticking to 1500 calories a day and exercising. Lift weights and run, it dosnt matter what the calories are made of, just as long as you are under your budget. I'm not an expert but I have done enough research to know a thing or two. Good luck losing the weight! Ps... Never eat ice cream.... Ever... Throw it away.... For breakfast try eggs and a lean sausage... Im building muscle so I just eat pork for every meal every day...

I am really skinny but I eat so much. I weigh 120 and I am 5'7. This morning I just ate 2 Belgium waffles2 pancakes2 oranges 1 banana 5 Bacon's and that is all in one sitting.I think I may have some weird eating disorder.My doctor says I am underweight but I eat so much. What is he talking about? Is it because I run 5 miles a day that I am underweight?I am not actually underweight but I have no extra fat :(
