I am 14 years old I'm 5'8" (178 cm) and I weigh 163 lbs (74 kg). I struggle to lose weight because I've become lazy. I've lost 37 lbs (17 kg) through out this year and I'm very happy but i want to lose just a bit more weight. I'd like to become about 145 lbs (66 kg) in the next 2-3 months if that's possible. If so please tell me how many calories i should be eating per day i think about 1250, and how many minutes of exercise i should be doing per day. I have a cross-trainer that i use every now and then and sometimes i go for a run, the cross trainer i use also has a calorie counter which i read on the internet is very accurate because it asks you for your age, height, gender etc. I can easily burn about 900 calories in 30 mins pushing myself but i don't see myself doing that everyday because sometimes i wake up tired and grumpy so all i want to do is sit down and play video games. I'm going to take this seriously please if you could just suggest some tips that could help me thank you.
How to Lose Weight by Swimming
Recommended Answer:
A brisk walk is a good calorie burner. Avoid junk food. Drink lemon juice. If you really want to play video games, then play those games which have actual physical interfacing. Nowadays nice video games are available which have actual physical participation and we can burn lot of calories unknowingly.
Other Answers:
- Just keep on doing what you've been doing
- Calories are just the smallest unit measure of energy. Carbs are stuff to worry about . Try to stay away from grains. No matter what the government tells you is healthy. They make the food pyramid out of money they earn from the farmers (grain and corn are most grown). Just run every morning (about 2-3 miles) and drink only water. No processed foods.
