To lose weight quicker add 30-45 minutes of heart pumping cardio like skipping rope, running, jogging, step ups, jumping jacks or butt kicks. Even try knees. Also losing 10 pounds of fat a week is impossible the most a human being can lose a week maximum that is fat is at 600 pounds so quite large about 3 pounds a week of PURE fat no muscle or water weight. For you being so young I would aim for you to lose 0.5-1 pound a week. If losing 10 pounds of fat a week were possible nobody would be trying to lose weight because it would be "one week of dieting down a pant size" and they woulx be done.
