I NEED to lose this weight PRONTO or I cannot fit into this dress I am wearing at a wedding!!!!But I will be fasting (because I am a muslim and it's the holy month Ramadan) so unfortunately I cannot exerciseI have really bad eating habits, I am 5'8 and 129 pounds and 17 years youngBut even though this sounds a healthy weight it still isn't my IDEAL weight, I have gained inches and I mean incheS PLURAL around my stomach waist and thighs and it's so unnatractiveIf I clean up my eating habits, can I lose those 5 pounds? (possibly more?
