How do I lose weight without starving myself?

I am hoping to become a model and would like some tips on how to lose weight, eat healthier foods, and excersises that might help. I am 13 and currently weigh only 115 lbs but would like to weight between 95 and 105 lbs. (I'm not unhappy with the way I look either, so please don't tell me things like "You are beautiful the way you are." That would be appretiated (: )
