you really cannot target certain areas to loose weight in. You have to just do a certain array of exercises. I would say lunges and yoga would stretch and strengthen the hips and other muscles in your legs to help burn fat along with doing Cardio like jogging or running to help burn the fat. Our bodies are strange and even tho we may not see fat anywhere else, we still have a ton of fat in between our organs and such that will burn off before anything else we target. push it and keep it up!!Other Answers:
