300 Calories of Cinnamon Toast Crunch vs 160 Calories of Cotton Candy?

Which one is overall more unhealthy?Which will add more weight to a person?I've heard that its all about calories that make you gain weight and fat. But cotton candy just seems so unhealthy in comparison. Thanks for any help.

in equal calorie portions, i would say the cereal is better, because it at least has some minimal amount of nutrition compared to straight sugar in the cotton candy. But if you are on a diet, then calories do count so the lesser calorie portion of cotton candy might be the lesser of two evils, but it still isnt a good choice. When dieting, nutrition is important, but its the excess calories that store to fat and make you gain weight. so in trying to maintain a calorie deficit so you lose weight, its all about the calories.
