- Gym is the best option, I've my sister who went through pregnancy she weighed more than you but now she's just 65 kg because she used to spend an hour in gym.
- Dont take any diet pills as they dont really tend to work. My best suggestion would to first of all eat healthy and drink only water because water doesn't have calories. Mainly though, i would go to a gym and run at least 3 times a week. P90x also has some great workout plans if you feel you can do it.Trust me you can lose the weight.
