How many pounds will I lose running 3 miles a day?

Ok so I am currently about 125 pounds and I am 5 foot 3 inches. I want to lose five pounds, so I have started dieting and running. I run about 3 miles 4 days of the week, and I eat about 1500-1600 calories a day. Also when I run I burn about 315(at least that''s what it says on the treadmill). If I continue like this, how much wait will I lose? How long will it take? Thank you xoxo
