I need to lose weight in 2 weeks (read details important)?

So I have to lose at least 15-20kg in two weeks, most of my fat is water fat (or whatever you call it) but the problem is that I have broken my feet while walking on a waking machine (I fell) :( , and I also won''t starve my self or stick to one fruit a day cuz I go to school and I am forced to eat school food. so how do I lose weight in 2 weeks?

drink a lot of water or other types of fluids. i would not suggests juices or anything like that because of the amount of sugar in them. also, sometimes they have alot of calories in them. i usually drink water, vitamin water zero, or a seltzer/flavored water without the calories.

i would hope you dont starve youself. i would eat alot of fruits and vegtables. limit the amount of carbs you are eating and the amount of processed sugars. if you broke your feet, maybe do some ab or arm exercises. i do not think you will be able to see the results you want until your feet are healed. also, remember that it takes about 4 weeks for you to see results in yourself, and about 8 weeks for your family and friends. dont let that discourage you though. use it as a motivator. i would look up some low-impact abs and arm exercises due to your circumstances.
