also cut back on carbs, meat, and dairy. it''s bad for you and makes you fat - well, i don''t think any of it works.. until you hit the gym!!! Perhaps, going to gym is better to say hmpph n hide your stomach a bit when posing for photos or when wearing tight t''s :)
