excessive cardio and starving and not feeding the right amount of calories then yes you will.
do moderate cardio daily 30 minutes
eat smaller portions of a baanced diet
and dont starve , simply eat your reccomended daily calories for your height and age
and dont lose it too fast for some wedding prom, holday or whatever
lose it slowly as it is a life choice. not a two week binge like some people seem to think it is.
