In my opinion, you weigh the perfect amount for your height. But if you do want to lose a few pounds 1) Definately keep the max of 1,200 calories a day 2) Delete meat and/or unhealthy snacks/beverages from your diet because most fats come from this (I became a vegeterian to lose weight & not only has it impacted my weight but i have more energy!) 3) Drink only water BUT take calcium supplement you don''t want to lose bone density, it WILL effect your future 4) Find a workout that you love, if you like to walk maybe take a walk for 30 minutes before and after bed enjoying the nature ; or check out youtube try zumba or yoga. the possibilities are endless as far as workouts go 5) Food diary- keeping track of your weight/Food eaten per day will help you organize the food aspect of your life. 6) Enjoy Life i would do anything to go back and be a teen again. Don''t overly obess with weight even though it is good to be aware. People will not judge you at the end of the day by how you looked, but how you impacted them. Good Luck hon!
