Dont worry that is fine! I lost 20 lbs my first 4 months. I am 5''2" as well and was 127 when I started. I never threw up once from nausea. My diet did change I didnt want to eat anything but fruit and salad but it was all the time. I wouldnt be worried about it. I ended up gaining my 20 back plus 40 more. As long as you are eating healthy and taking your prenatal vitamins... There is nothing to be worried about.
I would go to the docs just to put your mind at ease! :)
