I''m 16 years old girl , 5''6'''' tall and 132 pounds , i am vegeterian and I avoid eating chocolate candy and sweet stuff. I started running for 40 minutes 2-3 times a week and I avoid eating food that contains lot of fat AND IM STILL 132 :( why is that :@ what am I doing wrong , I want to lose atleast 4 pounds , please help me howw ! Im so depressed . Im thinking of doind yoga this moth, will this help me lose 4 pounds ?

honestly eating fat wont make you fat. Sugar makes you fat, fat gives you energy and keeps you full. Cut out everything white out. by the way ive been vegetarian for two and a half years and it definitely hasn''t made me thinner so if youre doing it for that reason youre wasting your time. Ive been eating 1200 calories a day and walking 2 hours everyday and ive lost a pound every day for a week so just eat less and definitely exercise more that''s not nearly enough. im pretty sure its recommended by doctors to exercise 30 minutes a day and that''s for maintaining your weight not losing.

  • You seem like a perfect size to me! If your working out and eating only healthy and not seeing results that must mean you a at a healthy weight. You could always do yoga too, why not?
  • Eat no more than 1300 calories a day. You may be losing weight but gaining it right back in muscle from running.
