You dont need to lose weight, you''re lucky. but if you wanna get fit, thats a different thing. do strength training 2-4 times a week, some light cardio everyday and eat healthily... yout day should look something like this:
breakfast: cereal, milk, a fruit, water
snack: another fruit, some nuts and water
lunch: turkey sandwhich on whole grains, some carrot sticks, a treat of your choice, water
snack: pita, hummus and veggies
dinner: chicken, salad, rice
dessert: small portion of whatever you wish :)

Don''t worry about your weight too much, you are still so young. Pls don''t make the mistake I did. You may think you will never develop anorexia or an ed but its very possible. Pls it ruined my life and i dont want it to ruin yours.
