I''m 13 how can I lose 10 pounds fast?

I''m 5''2" and 100 pounds. I exercise regularly and I eat under 1000 calories a day and only snack on negative calorie foods. (except for mondays which I use to trick my metabolism into going back to normal by eating normally). I want to know how to lose 10 pounds as quickly as possible as my current weight loss rate is not satisfactory for me. Please do not tell me this is unhealthy or I need help. I am perfectly aware and do not really care. I only care about losing weight.
PS. I am not interested in using weight loss medication or laxatives or vomiting my meals.

Even though I don''t agree with what you are doing I will give you some advice. Only way to lose weight is to follow a diet low in fat and high in fiber. So vegetables, brown rice, apples, grapes, etc. Try not to go below 1200 because your body goes into starvation mode and you will lose muscle mass, strength, store fats as well as sugars, which convert into fat and it can affect your heart and other organs. Stay away from candy, bread, sugary drinks, beef and pork. That is the best I can do for you. If you are going to lose weight at your age at least try to not kill yourself doing so. Good luck.

  • there is no quick fix to losing weight. I am also 13 and I dont care if u dont care ur not healthy. 1000 calories is nowhere near enough. U want the weight to come off steadily and stay off, eat the normal amount, just swap the unhealthy foods for fruit. It sound to me like u have anorexia, u want to lose 10 as fast as possible an only care about lising weight. I hope ur parents find out wat ur doing as I am very worried about u. The best way to lose weight is to go running 2x a week ,xx
