How much weight can you loose by becoming a vegetarian?

Hi I''m 18 and roughly 6''4 and weight 225 I want to go down to wearing a medium tightly because most of my polo shirts are that size. I just want to know if you can loose 20 pounds or more by just eating veggies all day and how long will it take to loose the weight with daily exercise and going to the rush 3 times a week, thank you. :)
