Don''t fall for fad diets where you don''t eat any protein etc. As a young still developing person you need to be sure to have a well rounded balanced diet. Be sure to get protein and calcium in your diet etc. Try to avoid the bad foods altogether such as sweets and fried things and cut your portions.
- drink plenty of water. weigh yourself every other day. eat fiber. work out an hour 5-7 days a week.
