Why can''t I lose weight?

Im 16 years old, 5''7" and I weigh well into the 200''s. I''ve been fat my entire life and last summer I lost 40 pounds and now I''m trying to lose more weight. I eat about 1200 calories a day (which is perfect for me) and I work out on the recumbent bike for an hour going at 17-18 mph but its been really hard for me to lose weight and I don''t know why! I eat pretty healthy, I eat my fruits and veggies and I don''t eat
sweets or anything and I can''t figure it out. Losing weight was easy before and now it''s not.
