Then add your meals (once you''ve added one once you can click them in after that) add any exercise you do, and it calculates every time you add something if you are on target to lose said lb''s that week or gain...

    What is good about a gadget like this is that you can add your meals for the day before you have them, then you can tweak them so you know you''re always on target. It also add cholesterol levels which I just love.. It shocked me how high mine was I always thought my diet was quite healthy lol :)
