You sound perfectly healthy to me.. As long as you''re getting around 4 hours exercise a week and are eating healthily, I wouldn''t worry about changing anything. If you''re still keen on losing a little weight, drink lots of water and try eating less bad carbs such as bread, pasta etc. But please don''t get hung up on you''re weight, you''re weight sounds perfect for your size!
